Madurai Kamraj University Offering MBA In Aviation

The Directorate of Distance Education of MKU's proposals have received approval from the Vich-Chancellor Kalyani Mathivanan who reviewed the academic and administrative matters of the university's Distance education Mode. The director of Distance Education, MKU hearby announced that the university is in the process of identifying a few institutions which have expertise in the field of aviation management so that MKU can finally select one institution for launching the two-year Aviation Management Program, MBA Course from the upcoming academic year.
The director, MKU said “We had a positive discussion with the new Vice Chancellor and she is bearing a positive frame of mind. She instead gave approval for introducing 27 new courses through distance education of which the MBA programmes in Aviation Management and Hospital management have good potential for students enrollment”.
The curriculum for new courses will soon be finalized by the Board of Studies and the Academic council, he added. The institutions in private sector for collaboration will be decided by the university through official procedures based on information availability. The new courses will be offered from June session of new academic year.
