Architectural Engineering is the application of
engineering principles to design and construct things. Various
technologies are now emerging in the world. Architectural Engineering incorporates these new technologies to construct innovative structures for the modern world.
Architectural Engineering includes structural, mechanical and electrical engineering. Design and construction of apartments, bridges, walls, towers, buildings etc are included in structural engineering. While doing structural engineering, the engineers should have knowledge in the strength of materials and designs should be done to overcome seismic disasters.
Mechanical engineers and plumbing designers design and manage air conditioning, plumbing, ventilation etc. The power distribution, lighting systems, telecommunications, fire alarm etc are handled by the electrical engineering section.
