For Attest – Bareilly Centre Students Only Due to Curfew called in Bareilly, there is unrest situation in the city and hence exams have not been conducted for last 2 days. Taking into consideration the Curfew Status, the exam/s scheduled on 26th July 2012 and 27th July 2012, have been re-scheduled on 1st August, 3rd August and 4th August 2012, respectively. The students are requested to make a note of it and appear their scheduled examination/s of 26th and 27th July, on the above dates of August 2012. The exams will not be conducted on 2nd August 2012 – being test centre is closed on account of Rakshabandhan. 1st Semester Personal Contact Program – Academic Year 2012 Undertaking - For Academic Year 2007 – 2 Year and 2009 – 1 Year Program Students For Academic Year 2008 – 2 Year (PGDIT) program and 2010 – 1 Year Program Students Only The extended validity given to Academic Year 2008 – 2 Year Programs and 2010 – 1 Year Program will expire on 30.06.2012. The below mentioned program students are required to submit the project report /resource file/submissions in the given due time period. - PGDIT students -2 year Program students - are required to upload Project Report Online on or before 4th July 2012. - PGDID students -1 year Program students - are required to submit Soft Copy of Project Report on or before 4th July 2012. - PGDPPTT students -1 year Program students - are required to submit Hard Copy of Resource file /submissions on or before 4th July 2012. - ADCW & DCW students -1 year Program students - are required to submit Hard Copy of Resource file /submissions on or before 4th July 2012. The Project Report/Resource File/Submissions received after said due dates will not be considered for further action. For Academic Year 2008 – 2 Year program and 2010 – 1 Year Program Students Only Students can attempt the online assignments upto 10th July 2012. To avail the assignment attempt upto said due date, the Last date for accepting payment by DD & in cash is 4th July 2012, 16:30 p.m. , both by post and walk-in. Any DD received after 4th July 2012 will not be processed & will be returned to the students. For 2011-Single Courses-Additional Extension (Exam - Assignment) Re-registration Details 2008-2 Year Program Re-registration Details 2010-1 Year Program Vive Institute of IT & Management Studies (VIIMS), Nagpur is no longer an authorized information centre for SCDL. The students are advised not to approach the VIIMS for any assistance. SCDL is not liable for any assistance / information provided by VIIMS Electives selection for Batch 2012 only Once Electives are selected no change in the electives will be allowed . The Students are requested to select the Electives Carefully. Prospectus for the Batch 2012, are available for sale at the listed HDFC Bank Branches For Academic Year 2008 – 2 Year Program and 2010 – 1 Year Program Students Only (Exam Slot Booking Due Dates) The extended validity given to Academic Year 2008 – 2 Year Programs and 2010 – 1 Year Program will get expired on 30.06.2012. To schedule exam up to 27th June 2012, the duly filled and signed exam form by post or courier must reach SCDL on or before 23rd June 2012 and can be submitted with exam fee in Cash at SCDL Cash Counter on or before 23rd June 2012. The exam forms received after said due dates will not be processed and students will not be able to schedule exam for June 2012. To book exam slots for the dates up to 27th June 2012, the last date will be 25th June 2012 up to 12 midnight. Kindly make a note of it and take required corrective action accordingly. Please note, the exam slots booked in July 2012 will be treated Invalid and students will not be allowed to appear exam, although exam slot is booked. There will not be refund /transfer of exam fees paid for the exam slots booked in July 2012. April 1, 2012, the validity of Demand Draft has been slashed down to 3 months from the date of issue. We request you to send us your Demand Drafts against Fees, immediately after receiving it from your bank. PLEASE NOTE : STUDENTS WILL HAVE TO ENSURE THAT DEMAND DRAFTS ALONG WITH REQUIRED FORMS, SHOULD BE REACHED TO SCDL WITHIN 75 DAYS FROM THE DATE ISSUE OF SAID DEMAND DRAFTS. ANY DEMAND DRAFTS RECEIVING AFTER 75 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE, WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR PROCESSING FURTHER DOCUMENTAION. Exam Form Receipt with Exam Fee up to 31st March 2012 Dear Students, w.e.f. 1st April 2012, the exam fee for each attempt of an exam to be paid is Rs. 250/-. The students can send the duly filled exam form with exam fee of Rs. 150/- , up to 31st March 2012, only. The exam forms received at SCDL after 31st March 2012, shall be sent with exam fee of Rs. 250/- . Kindly make a note. Important Instruction for Online Assignment Attempt (Academic Year 2008 to Academic Year 2011) W.e.f. 1st April 2012, the students who have not attempted an assignment of a subject/s till date, there will be only 2 free attempts for each assignment of a particular subject. The students are required to pay applicable fees from 3rd attempt onwards. (Kindly refer Change in Fee Structure Table uploaded in your student centre in Fee Details Section and under Alerts – News Section on our website) No class improvement and additional attempt will be allowed for the assignments, which are already passed. For the students, who have already availed 4 attempts of any assignment, are required to pay the applicable fees to get an additional attempt to be released.
