Get the body of a champ at Olympics-inspired classes

Test your medal.
As the 2012 Summer Games inspire couch potatoes to tap into their inner athlete, gyms and facilities across the city are ready to help New Yorkers train like the champions.
Whether you want to swim like Michael Phelps or fence like Race Imboden, chase your own Olympic dream with one of these winning classes.

The 24-year-old American broke the Decathlon world record at the U.S. Olympic trials in June. Master his 10 combined track and field sports (like the 100 meter sprint, high jump and discus throw) with this high-intensity interval workout, which includes drills like a simulated shot put and javelin throw. The class is free for members, or pick up a $25 guest pass to take part.
