Carolina Martin
Head of College / Principal
Carolina has extensive experience in the private education sector having worked in senior positions in Australia. Carolina ventured into the world of business and hospitality entrepreneurship by purchasing restaurants in 1997. In 2007, Carolina formed a consulting firm and moved in to the consulting and education arena with a range of international colleges in Sydney. Her exposure to various intitutions, inclusive of postings with NSW Police, presented her with the opportunities for promotion in management posts within the academic field.
Now as the Head of College / Principal, Carolina is in a unique position, currently completing her Bachelor in Vocational Education and Training. Having current high quality industry experience, postgraduate qualifications and academic experience enables her to lead in excellence.
Pamela Stevens
Deputy Principal
A workforce development and training specialist, Pamela has extensive experience in Training & Development. Most recently she was with NRMA where, as a Senior Learning and Development designer, she played a pivotal role in developing and delivering internal training.
Pamela is instrumental in the development of Australian College, through the implementation of competency-based training. Having joined the college in 2009, she has held positions of Compliance Manager and Training Administrator.
